Hey, this is just a reminder that the next music group meeting will be on the 17th! Unless the landlord does something to the town again... but I guess if we have to we can delay it a week or two...
Anyway, this month, someone thought it might be a good idea to pair up for performances and practice our teamwork. We picked names out of a hat for all the current members, so make sure you contact your partner to practice!
If this is your first meeting, you can pick a song to perform by yourself if you want. But it's okay if you'd rather just introduce yourself to the group for now, too! Hope to see you all there!
[Natsuru hadn't had much chance to get to know her new 'daughter' before the whole town changed last month, so now that everything's back to normal, it feels like she needs to catch up. Clearly, she and Chieri knew each other really well, but even Natsuru can tell they couldn't be more different in a lot of ways.
Maybe it's just that she doesn't know Atsuko that well yet, but Chieri seems somehow more self-sufficient. Natsuru still takes her role as seriously as she can, given the small age difference between herself and her 'daughters', but she never wants Chieri to think she's trying to force her to accept the situation. If she makes dinner, Chieri is free to have some, but she can make something for herself if she'd prefer.
... Natsuru doesn't know what to do with Atsuko yet, though. Maybe that's why she finds herself going up to their room (when Atsuko is alone in there, by random fortune), and knocking on the door.]

[She normally tries to respect their privacy, but what could they possibly be up to in the late afternoon that she shouldn't walk in on? So she cracks the door open a little bit to peek in. Looks like the right daughter is in here, after all.]
Um... I was thinking about making dinner, so...
[This is so awkward for her! What Kazumi said at her birthday party replays in Natsuru's head... does she really sound like such a mom?]
I was just wondering... if there's anything you'd like? ... I mean, I'm not the best cook, or anything! But... I guess I'd like to try, if I can...
['Anything that's good' is a pretty broad category! Tomatoes, though... that gives her a bit of an idea?]
Oh... I can make a tomato salad with soy sauce! Maybe with Hayashi rice as a main dish?
[She's mostly focused on her domestic duties here, but she smiles faintly at recognizing the trace of frustration with schoolwork there, too. Should she ask about that? ... Wouldn't that be a little too meddlesome for a fake assigned mother? What if she's not even reading her expressions right?
Her almost nostalgic smile seems to lose itself a little bit in worry. She really doesn't know what she's doing here.]
